After Sleepwalker, a fan asked the band if they could go back to Australia with them, to which Ambrose told them they could "hop in [his] harp bag". Am I In Heaven? contained a medley of teases and quotes from Cellophane, Hot Water and Head On/Pill. Pill contained Am I In Heaven? and Hot Water teases.
